芋头糕质地软滑,芋香浓郁,无论当早餐或下午茶点心、甚至祭祖都很合适。

    Directions

    Step 1

    将粘米粉、薯粉及清水拌匀。Mix rice flour, potato starch and water together.

    Step 2

    锅内加入油,爆香香菇及芋头,倒入做法1的材料,再加入调味料炒至浓稠。Add oil to the pot, stir-fry the shiitake mushrooms and taro, pour in the mixture from step 1, add seasonings and stir-fry until thick.

    Step 3

    倒入方模内,以中大火蒸30分钟。Pour the mixture into a square mold and steam over medium heat for 30 minutes.

    Step 4

    待冷却后加入装饰即可享用。Let it cool, then add decorations and serve.
